All MPR Autos service packages come with a unique package ID which is stored in the company’s software. Any booklet without, or with a tampered booklet, will be confiscated immediately.
The service package will be deemed as completed once the mentioned number of car services are delivered.
Service packages cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.
MPR Autos reserves the right to cancel the service packages at any time.

If MPR Autos’ service center is fully occupied, MPR Autos will have the discretion to perform the minor car service at the customer’s location. Service quality will be ensured and not compromised.
Monthly installment plans with MPR Autos and/or any third-party entity are subject to changes in the economic situation of the country.
The claim of up to 50% cheaper than dealership pricing is based on the average price data collected from randomly selected automobile servicing companies.
There is no annual commitment with the service package; however, MPR Autos reserves the right to limit the period to counter rising inflation costs.
The details included in the minor and major services are limited to the information mentioned in the MPR Autos service package booklet.
All prices are quoted in Dirhams and are subject to VAT as per UAE law.
In case a free battery is included with the purchase of a service package, MPR Autos will provide its own brand only. If a customer insists on installing a battery other than MPR Autos’, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
Engine oil used for servicing will be premium grade, such as Motul or equivalent quality. Selection of oil will be at MPR Autos’ discretion.
Engine oil filters will be genuine or of equivalent quality.
Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off service is subject to availability of recovery vehicles and will be served on a “first come, first served” basis.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off service is available only in Dubai.
The term change used with brake pads, spark plugs, AC filter, and air filter refers to the labor charge. MPR Autos will not charge any labor fee, but the customer must purchase the parts.
Any repair job requested by customers but not included in the service package will only start after customer approval, and must be paid for separately.
Customers sourcing parts from suppliers other than MPR Autos will be responsible for the quality of the repair.
Customers must remove all valuable belongings from the vehicle. MPR Autos will not be responsible for any losses or damages.
MPR Autos uses spare parts based on availability and maintains full control over the selection of parts.
Customers should check their vehicle thoroughly before leaving the MPR Autos service center premises. No claims will be entertained afterward.
If a repair is done using a third party, charges are to be paid by the customer unless the service is included within the package.
MPR Autos is not responsible for any delays in vehicle delivery or repair quality issues caused by third-party suppliers.
At the time of receiving the vehicle, ensure the car is properly washed. If not, raise a complaint with the service advisor immediately.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts of law.
Customers have the right to inquire about the usage of parts and accessories used during servicing.
Customers must keep the service booklet safely and present it every time they avail a service.
Issuance of a replacement service package booklet will cost AED 100 + VAT.
Car wash service included in the package can only be availed when the car is at the service center for a minor or major service.
Free onsite car wash is not included in the package.
